  • The fatty acid composition and quantity in poultry ration regulate prostaglandin synthesis, enhancing immunity and protection against various pathogens in poultry.
  • The long-chain fatty acids EPA and DHA in the product improve the fatty acid composition of poultry meats. When consumed as human food, these poultry meats have positive effects on various diseases such as coronary heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and hypertension.
  • The use of fish oil in the ration significantly increases the levels of linolenic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in egg yolk oil.
